im only 19 and i have TWO!!!!!
it’s only 2 gray hairs and iv been cutting them ever so no one does notice them….but to late my bf has pointed it out to me already and my 2 best friend’s know too LOL
Hair grows white when the color pigment (melanin) ceases to be produced in the hair follicle and small air spaces take its place. To check graying of hair, mix lemon juice in olive oil, beat till frothy and apply on scalp and wash off after an hour. Premature graying of hair can be postponed by using a strong decotion of black tea and a tablespoon of salt, strain and apply to the roots for 45 minutes and wash with water. Don’t shampoo. Don’t worry about gray hair Lol. You are only 19, you shouldn’t be worrying about it until you are maybe 55-65?
I’m 30 and I’ve never even thought about gray hair.

Think of them as wisdom hairs, take it from a very wise person, anyway it’s probably fashionable.

Ive noticed that a few more have grown in their place. They’re underneath so they’re not very noticeable but i am considering dying my hair.
I have heard that it can be caused by stress but i dunno if this is true

It is in your gene pool dear, and we really can’t do much about it other than have your hair colored. The color of your hair is determined by the amount and distribution of a pigment called melanin. Most people gradually become gray or white as they grow older because pigment no longer forms. Heredity is the cause of premature gray although there are other factors which include illness that can affect the hair follicles.
