i am 28 , and my hair is turning grey , could you please suggest me a remedy to reduce it. not colors or dyes.

i have tried mehndi i.e henna , massage with coconut oil , black tea massage but it doesnt seem to help . can a change in my diet help or maybe another type of medication or some treatment is available which i dont know of ?

I just read today that copper in your diet keep "prolongs your original hair color". You can get it naturally from "Liver, shellfish, nuts, dry beans, oats, raisins, broccoli, drinking water, garlic, avocados," or try a copper supplement. Just in case you think that I’m trying to kill you by ingesting some sort of metal, read this link : http://www.copperinfo.com/health/deficiencies.html. it says that copper is and essential trace element, that at least 20% of the population is lacking.

You will have to talk to your physician to see if you are lacking in copper though, or if you’re just getting old like the rest of us:-)

If you have Brown hair, use black tea, if you have blond hair use Camille tea and if you have red hair use Cranberry juice.

Why is your hair that way so early? Does it run in the family? If so there really isn’t much you can do about it. If it’s because of a bad diet, try eating a good diet and eating Vitamin E pills.
